Dr. William D. Rogers, Director of the Physician's Regulatory Issues Team, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services

William D. Rogers, MD, FACEP, is a Medical Officer for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Office (CMS) and is Director of the CMS’ Physician Regulatory Improvement Team (PRIT). William works with a group of CMS subject matter experts to reduce the regulatory burden on physicians who participate in the Medicare Program. He works to simplify participation in the Medicare program by eliminating unnecessary regulation.

William continues to practice as a part-time emergency physician in the Washington, D.C. area.
