Joshua M. Kaye, Partner, McDermott Will & Emery

Joshua M. Kaye is a partner in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery LLP, and is based in the Firm’s Miami office. Joshua’s national practice includes representing clients in mergers and acquisitions as well as in corporate, regulatory and other transactional health care matters. He serves as the chair for the Firm’s Health Transactions Affinity Group and is the partner-in-charge of the Firm’s Miami office Community and Pro Bono Services Committee.

Kaye’s practice focuses on representing both physicians and non-physicians in the development and delivery of cutting-edge business models in the health care industry.
