Shane Foreman, Principal and Founder of 3d Health, helps establish and grow outpatient businesses. He has 17 years of professional experience and particular expertise in identifying market and measuring opportunities, crafting niche strategies and structuring hospital-physician joint ventures.

Shane plays an active role in all 3d Health projects including Outpatient Strategy, Imaging Strategy, Hospital-Physician Joint Ventures, Physician Resource Planning, and Compensation Appraisal. His work for Alegent Health, Danbury Health Systems, St. Francis Hospital & Health Centers, and Tenet, among others, has led to an increased outpatient presence and market share.
